Haelen Retreat

Our sauna was handcrafted using traditional Japanese joinery, nestled into the gardens behind our home. It's our little haven in the middle of the city - Now we're excited to open it up and share the warmth with you! A place to slow down, connect with yourself and others as you sweat and reset. Our Sauna capacity is 4-5 people, groups of up to 8 are welcome to flow between the sauna, cold plunge and rest spaces in the gardens.
