Contrast by Raven is a Nordic Inspired Wellness Experience in the Heart of the Shuswap
Nestled in beautiful Scotch Creek, BC, just moments from Shuswap Lake, Contrast by Raven is a rustic outdoor Nordic inspired spa created as a place to slow down, reconnect, and reset.
Your 90 minute experience takes place in an intimate setting with a maximum of four guests per session. Move at your own pace through cycles of heat, cold, and rest in our custom Finnish style sauna and two cold plunges.
Your experience also includes access to our red light therapy panel, vibration plate, and Chi Machine additional wellness tools to complement your time at Contrast.
Between cycles, settle into our peaceful outdoor rest area around the fire. Enjoy complimentary herbal tea and lemon water while you relax, breathe in the fresh Shuswap air, and take a little time away from the outside world.
Come on your own for a quiet reset, bring someone special, or gather a small group and experience it together.

Our Raven Beach Shack coffee shop is also located on site, making your visit to Raven a truly unique Shuswap experience.
What to Bring
