Island Sauna offers wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experiences at Saratoga Speedway in Black Creek, BC. Located between Courtenay and Campbell River in the Comox Valley, our Black Creek location offers public sessions, private sauna and cold plunge bookings, group sessions and special events. Guests can experience traditional hot sauna followed by refreshing cold-water immersion in a relaxed outdoor setting. We also offer red light therapy sessions.
